More statistics| cocograce brookline, MA In the last few years I lost my father and youngest brother to ALS As a result my mother has had two strokes and is in a nursing home now...I aside from post tramatic stress have had a 60lb weight fluctuation during this period. My normal weight is 130 and at the moment I am 158 ... In the past I was a serious ballet dancer and I've decided to train to dance again...I have to loose 28lbs and | ?
