I am a fitness fanatic, a lifelong athlete, and an avid runner. I ran and completed the 2004 Boston Marathon, and currently run, run, and run 5K's all year round.

As a result of working too many hours in the office and not getting enough exercise, together with a poor diet - my weight went up to a personal high of 222 lbs, and I couldn't fit into my blue jeans. More ...
As a result of working too many hours in the office and not getting enough exercise, together with a poor diet - my weight went up to a personal high of 222 lbs, and I couldn't fit into my blue jeans. I had to move up to size 38" waist pants. This was simply unacceptable, unhealthy and taking me & my health in the wrong direction. I also had low energy and motivation to get around for vigorous activities, started to kick-back and relax all to often. I needed to change things QUICKLY!! I needed an efficient long term plan of fitness and health. That's when I found TEAM BEACHBODY! My brother had just completed his 1st round of P90X and had gotten RIPPED! I was amazed and very impressed, so I did some research and decided to do P90X myself. My brother's results were "REAL", so I knew P90X worked, and I TOTALLY COMMITTED to both the 90-day program and DIET PLAN.
