I actually live in Perth, Western Australia, but there were only US options so I just went with NY. Anyway, I started getting overweight when I was 7. I've always been a lazy person, and have spent my entire life in front of a computer screen and eating whatever my parents gave me (for a few years that consisted of KFC and McDonald's as they worked all day).

At almost 18 years old, in January 2009, I weighed myself and I was at 96.7kg. Panicking about almost being in triple digits, I cut out junk food and started counting calories and going for 30 minute walks. I eventually replaced the walking with the exercise bike, and lost 14kg over a few months.

I then got busy with uni and work and stopped paying attention to diet and exercise. I gained a few of the kg back over the years but as I plan to move to London next year (my lifelong dream), I want to be in the best possible shape for a healthy fresh start and to ensure my move is as successful as it can be.

In August 2012, I started P90 at 85kg. After finishing P90, I'm at 76kg. My goal is to get to 65 by May 2013. I'm 5'7" and 21 years old.
