I've got a wife and four wonderful children and serve as a Vice President at a Fortune 500 company.

As a professional in the corporate world, it's often difficult to find time to work out and, more importantly, time to eat right. All too often the daily requirements we have in the business world cause us to skip lunches, not think about what we eat or think we can "get by" without eating

I've got a wife and four wonderful children and serve as a Vice President at a Fortune 500 company.

As a professional in the corporate world, it's often difficult to find time to work out and, more importantly, time to eat right. All too often the daily requirements we have in the business world cause us to skip lunches, not think about what we eat or think we can "get by" without eating anything during the day and make it up by a big dinner.

This program has taught me that I can make time for my workouts, particularly since I can work out at home. More importantly for me, it has helped me better understand my daily nutritional needs and how I can make sure I'm getting all of the right nutrients (without loading up in the cafeteria).

With the encouragement of the team, supplements, Shakeology and the fitness videos, I'm excited to be a part of Team Beachbody.
