my name is cory sanchez, and i'm a 28 year old male who just wants to get back into shape. i used to train in kickboxing, and shotokan karate. i have two beautiful children, and i would like to be healthy, and in shape for them as well as myself. i used to be in really great shape until my life unraveled after i turned 21. i went through a prescription drug addiction but have been clean for 6 years now. my only vice is cigarettes which i hope to put down soon. i also have some forms of anxiety that hit me when i was 26 just as i was getting back into shape. it hindered me tremendously from working out, and i became afraid of taking supplements which i was religious with. i'm just hoping that the p90x program will help me deal with some of these problems, and get me on the track i was once on. i'm a bit nervous but i'm definitely going to give it a shot. i'm a little nervous about taking creatine but hopefully there is someone out there that can give me peace of mind regarding supplements, and anxiety. i tend to over think these things sometimes which makes me nervous, and sometimes i feel like i'll never get back into shape. i'm very open minded, and easy to talk to. i just hope my journey with this is fruitful physically as well as spiritually.
