Waterville, QC Hey! I'm Courtney. I live in Quebec, Canada. I'm 20 years old, i love life and all the people in my life. For the past year and a half i have been really watching myself with what i eat and excersize! So far, i have lost 60 pounds!! I was formerly 215 pounds i now weigh 145 :) I am very proud of the work, time and effort i put into doing it! Now though ( because winter's on it's way ) i am Hey! I'm Courtney. When i first started watching myself, what i ate, how active i was ect ... i weighed in at 220Lbs. One year later, i now weigh 145Lbs. It was a long and really bumpy road. At the beginning, i couldn't stop myself from going back to my old ways and pigging out on chips and hot chocolate before i went to bed, but with time, i managed to tell myself that i didn't need the chips,hot chocolate or the spare tire and saddlebags i was carrying. Now don't get me wrong, i DO still indulge in a few chips and a nice warm cup of hot chocolate when i get the urge now and then, but that's just it, i don't have to fight this urge every single day anymore. My body has become accustomed to the healthy and balanced meals and everyday life style that i've introduced it to, so, you could say i'm feelin' pretty good! :) However.. there's always a but. NOW that i've lost those 65 pounds, i've got some wiggly jiggly loose skin/flub that i would LOVE to get rid of, therefor; my new mission. I am definatley always on a mission, you can't start something like this and think that eventually once you're at the weight you want you can stop, although it would be awesome! it obviously doesn't work like that, does it? So.. now along side my food and effort to stay active i need to find myself new ways to transform my body into one that doesn't have as much wiggle jiggle under the arms and legs, butt and belly. Maybe it's just me being obssessive, but i don't like poking myself and feeling like jello. you know what i mean? So here i go again on my own! We'll see how wiggly jiggly i am in June/July! Wish me luck :)
