Hi, my name is Courtney Collins. I’m a 27 year old professional in Chicago IL. I currently live in the northwest suburbs with my fiancé Cory. We’re getting married in May of 2009 and looking to buy our first home!

Fitness has always been a big part of my life. Eating healthy and staying active has been an important part of my family ever since I was young…luckily, that lifestyle stuck with me! I really enjoy being active and love the way eating healthy makes me look and feel. I must admit, I took about a four year “health hiatus” when I went to college. It took me quite a while to work off the effects of a beer-based diet and laziness! And as hard as I work, I’ve never been able to drop that infamous “last five pounds”. While I usually enjoy working out, I’ve found myself doing the same things over and over again. I definitely need a jump start if I’m going to finally lose those extra pounds.

While I'm fairly new to MDB, I joined for the great opportunity to establish a renewed enthusiasm in exercise. Doing the same thing day after day has put me in a rut, and I'm so excited to dig into all of the MDB videos and products. Working out with my buddies in WOWY will definitely keep me motivated, and I love that I can track my progress and plan ahead for success!
