Hello, I'm Courtney! I'm 22 and i've been doing P90X for a little over a month now. The first 3 weeks i was completely dedicated to what i was doing, but when the recovery week rolled around i felt like i hit a brick wall! So i decided to get involved online to keep me on track. I am really new to this and would love all of the advice that i can get. I also am working on uploading my progress

I am currently about one month into my P90X journey and so far so good. I have done well for myselfe but i know that i could do so much better. I have been eating a ton better than what i have in More ...
I am currently about one month into my P90X journey and so far so good. I have done well for myselfe but i know that i could do so much better. I have been eating a ton better than what i have in the past but about once a week i flub up and give in to something that i shouldn't eat! (tisk tisk) I did great the first 3 weeks of my workout and diet routine, however during recovery week i lost a huge amount of my momentum. I amd now trying to repeat rectovery week and get back on track. I know that i can do this. I will do this because if i don't, i know i'll regreat it. I need some support and some good advice!
