Hello my name is Jessica. I am 24 years old, and the mommy of a perfect little boy. I have an awesome, and supportive man, whom I love with all my heart. I enjoy horseback riding, working out, 4-wheel drive truck, quads, arts and crafts and woodworking just to name a few. My family is my main pride and joy.

During my pregnancy I gained a lot of weight. I walked a little, but not as much as I should have. What can I say I enjoyed my pregnancy. After my son was born I worked out very little for the first six months. Then I started to do kickboxing with a video I have here at home, and taking my son for walks. After three month I really started to feel good about myself. Then I hit a wall.
At this point, I incorporated Tai chi into my workout, and by the 4th of July, I felt a great deal better about myself, and I thought I looked better. I had more energy, and my clothes were getting lose on me. After the 4th of July I stopped working out all together. We allowed someone to move into our spare room, and there was no privacy for me to work out in my living room. There was always someone there, and I am embarrassed to work out in front of others. So needless to say the weight came back, and my cloths are no longer loose on me.
It has been almost a year since then and I am once again trying to lose the pregnancy weight and this time I am determined. I have summer dresses I want to wear this year and I want them to look good. I have been wanting to change my body but it has been a long hard road. I have a new confidence and am determined to get it right this time around. By summer time I want to be my goal weight of 135, since I am close to my original weight, it is going to be challenging, but I am ready for it this time.
