Hey Everyone If I was elected as your coach please e-mail me at cpwindex@yahoo.com because I am unable to contact you first. ---> I am a graduate of Cal Poly SLO class of 2003. I played tennis for CPSLO and tennis has been a part of my life since I was two. Which believe it or not I'm actually a tennis teaching professional at a local tennis club here in my hometown.

I have never been on a diet and never watch what I eat, I have burned enough calories through tennis that my weight has not got out of control.

I ran into a friend of mine Mike Ryan at Rubio's mexican grill, and that's where I was introduced to P90X. I didn't start it right away I wasn't ready to commit quite yet, and plus it was at the end of the year!

So here is the reason for me doing P90X. I turn 30 years old in May and I want to be/look in the best shape of my life when I leave my twenties.

---> Well I'm just 2 weeks away from my 30th birthday and P90X is done! I'm satisfied with the results but I'm so hungry for more. I want extreme results isn't that what the 'X' is all about? Tony Horton says it all the time Extreme well that what I want Extremely Lean body, so I'm excited to start round 2 right after my birthday.

Transformation story

So I started P90X back in January 09 and I loved everything but Yoga. I'm not a very limber person so I really need to focus on Yoga more in round 2. So for the first 60 days I followed absolutely no eating plan at all, I just hammered the workouts as hard as I could. My coach asked me for my diet so I sent him what I had been eating and he almost reached through the phone and grabbed me. He met me at Trader Joes and showed me how to shop and how to eat so for the last 30 days of P90X I ate as clean as I could and the picture proves it. I'm excited that I finally know how to eat clean and eat right. I can't wait until I drop more body fat. I do have to give my coach Mike Ryan a big THANK YOU considering he introduced me to P90X!
