I played recreational sports until I was 21 years of age (Football & Track).
Those high impact sports took a toll on my back and shoulders. Sub-located
shoulders and herniated discs prohibited me from lifting the amount of
weight which I could once lift.

Continued to work out, but like so many others I fell into the trap of letting
my diet get out of control and getting into a "rut"
