I have been trying to devlop a consistent workout plan for years now and
nothing seems to work. In addition to my walk with Christ, I have wanted to
add an exciting and successful workout routine.

I have been wanting to lose 30 pounds and tone my body. I have found that I
need to exercise everyday in order to function properly, and I am trying out
Power 90 to do that.
