I am 45 yrs old and am a mother of 5, 3 of my own and 2 step-daughters whom I call my own. I am also a grandmother of 2 beautiful little girls. I really want to look good not only for myself but for my family. I want to be able to play with my grand babies and stay young and fit.

When I was a child I was always chubby. I can remember one of my uncle's always saying at family dinners, your eating again. Ouch that really made me feel really uncomfortable!! My best friends dad would say Candi will eat anything that won't eat her first. Wow, at the time I wasn't sure what that really meant. But, looking back now I think I was eating to hide my feelings & stress. I always wanted to look like all the cute tall slender girls in high school. I never liked me for who I was. Well it is time to make that change.

I am feeling really good. I went shopping this weekend to find an outfit for a meeting I have to attend the end of May and I am in a size smaller!! YIPPEE!! I really can tell a difference in my clothes, & the way they fit now. I just need to get more serious about my eating habits. I am starting that today!! Good luck to all of you out there trying as hard as I am. If I can do it so can you!!!
