The only shape i ever got to was being round. In the years i spent trying to get in shape, i joined 2 fitness clubs, ate smaller portions and still wasn't able to reach my goal. I tried running, but after doing that for a month. I ended up with Tendonitis and the weight i lost from running came back times 2. After all of that, i felt a little discouraged to try to lose weight ever again and just accept whatever weight i gain in the future. Now i have all the right tools i would need to get in shape, Plus the motivation from other coaches and my wife and my friends. I'm really exited to get the results i want and be healthy for a change.
