Anyhow, you'd think with a kindergartner and a set of twins, I wouldn't have a weight problem. Not only do I have PLENTY of time to eat, I can't seem to find the time to exercise. It hit me a couple of months ago that I am only 25 pounds away from 200. Which is unacceptable to me. I absolutely will not buy a larger size than 14. So here I am.

We got a treadmill for Christmas, which has been AWESOME. It has been so much easier to fit in a quick workout in the evening when my work schedule has gotten in the way during the day. My next goal is to hit an early morning workout or two a week.
