I'm on my way to weightloss!! I've lost 16 pounds so far! I'm stoked!!! I'm
sure there's a place to tell what my weight is .. so I'l spare everyone for now. I
dont know that it's a big change, but I do feel how different my clothes fit. I
can actually put on a pair of jeans I hadnt worn in almost 5 years! (and
actually button them.. now I wont be wearing them out because of the buldge

So far what I've done is cut way back on what I eat. I've not really changed what
I eat, just how much. I dont feel like I overate before, but now I definately can
