I recently had a baby on 1/28/07. I got up to 207 lbs! I am now down to 160 and want to lose another 20-25 lbs before my wedding in December.

So far, I have lost the "baby weight" by continuing to eat healthy and not overeat. I was exercising 2 days a week on average. My son is now 4 months old and I am ready to kick my weight loss program into full gear! I plan to exercise using Slim in 6, Power 90 and cardio to lose another 20-25 pounds.
