I'm 35 and trained in kung-fu for 10 years. As life changed so did my exercise and training. So for the last 2 1/2 years i've been on a personal break. I didn't put on much weight as i did just lose some muscle. Now i feel its time to do something, i feel p90x is a great place to start.
