Being athletic in high school where I participated in all sports and going on to play football at the collegiate level I know that I have pushed my body in the past to be healthy and fit. Fast forward 20+ years and I now tip the scales at 338.

My wife and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary this past October and the only thing that she said that she wanted was for me to be healthy and happy. It's not that I am not happy mind you, it's that I have let things go now for too long, too many excuses, too many "talking" myself out of exercise and eating right...well that has to end today.

I bought Power 90 a few years ago as well as P90X. I don't think I could get through a P90X workout without stopping or giving up so I am starting with Power90. Not sure what all my measures are but will populate what I have.

I think that with what I have seen on this site - if I put my faith and trust in the system I will see results and those results will compound like interest in a bank account. Thanks in advance for any thoughts, ideas or words of encouragement you have to offer.

My intent is to do Power 90 from now until the end of March then begin P90X Lean. If you have thoughts on how well that works or doesn't please adivse.
