More statistics| ctfit40s Ridgefield, CT My first fitness love is riding my bike. Pounding out 2 hour workouts up and around the hills here in Connecticut over the weekend is my idea of fun. But, I'm in my mid 40s now and I'm feeling it. I'm realizing that I have to pay more attention to my overall fitness, not just doing cardio. I started P90 Masters this Spring and Tony's great!
