My first fitness love is riding my bike. Pounding out 2 hour workouts up and around the hills here in Connecticut over the weekend is my idea of fun. But, I'm in my mid 40s now and I'm feeling it. I'm realizing that I have to pay more attention to my overall fitness, not just doing cardio. I started P90 Masters this Spring and Tony's great! The strength workouts build my upper body strength.

I've been able to maintain my weight within 10 lbs for the past 25 years. My current goals are to build muscle to increase my overall strength and explosive power, improve my flexibility to prevent injuries and speed recovery and increase my cardio capacity for more endurance and stamina.

I'm looking forward to seeing what Tony Horton and Shaun T can do for me!
