I'm a RN and work mostly with geriatrics as a Visiting Nurse. I have 2 teenage daughters, a sophomore in high school and a freshman in college. I'm a soccer mom and I love it. I love to be active, I love the outdoors and I love animals. I have 2 papillons, 1 cat, and a cockateil. I'm hoping to have horses in the future. I have been on the diet for approx. 1 month. I lost 14 lbs,5 inches off my waist, and 1 inch off my arms, thighs, and chest. I'm down 1 pant/shirt size which I'm thrilled about. Unfortunately, I have been so busy since my daughter's graduation and parties I have gained back 5 lbs, so I'm back following the 1st week plan with some carbs (d/t take out). I work out approx 3-4x/wk. I know I should work out more, but working and then cooking dinner, driving kids around I'm wiped. I really want to lose weight and feel good about myself, so I will continue on.
