I am a 39, soon to be 40 y/o. Started getting back into shape 2 years ago with p90x and just kept going. At this point I use p90X workouts to supplement my triathlon training. Years ago I would never have thought I could compete in a tri. Now I have completed a couple and came in second in one. With the new season coming, I have big plans.

I have always been active and have worked out in some way since I was 16. I
saw P90x on an infomecial after finishing rehab for having my right shoulder
rebuilt. I was looking for More ...
I have always been active and have worked out in some way since I was 16. I
saw P90x on an infomecial after finishing rehab for having my right shoulder
rebuilt. I was looking for something different than the heavy lifting I had
been doing prior to my shoulder problems. I figured P90x was pretty good.
My wife got Slim in 6 a few years ago and that got her started with an active
lifestyle. I saw what it did for her and tried it. Since the commercials were
saying that completing SIS was a starting point for P90x, I knew I found what
I wanted. Since day 1 I have been challenged more than I have since I was a
kid first starting. I started my second round of P90X and am seeing big
differences
