For years now I've been fighting the battle of the buldge. I started dancing at 5 and was an average size kid until I hit 11. I asked my gym teacher how to lose the weight and her suggestion was sit-ups (the ultimate lie of the 1980's). I didn't get thin, but I did build my stomach wall.
