Hello and welcome to my website. To let you know a little bit about me, I am married with two children. Health and fitness has always been part of my life. In fact that's how I met my husband - in the weight room at the YMCA. I have been a stay-at-home Mom for the past 17 years. I have decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach, as I am a "product of the product" and wanted to help other achieve their fitness goals.

I love to cook, do crafts, sew, exercise, snowmobile, dive, cross country ski, water sports (basically love the outdoors).
