RICHMOND HILL, ON My name is Jacky Poon, 28 years old. I was borned in H.K and I moved to Canada when I was 12. I was always the biggest kid in the class since grade school so I did not felt anything wrong about my size and weight. I used to be proud of it because I felt special (I was a kid back then, what do I know!!). I was active in High School, Soccer was my favourite and I used to have 3 games a day My name is Jacky Poon, 28 years old. I was borned in H.K and I moved to Canada when I was 12. I was always the biggest kid in the class since grade school so I did not felt anything wrong about my size and weight. I used to be proud of it because I felt special (I was a kid back then, what do I know!!). I was active in High School, Soccer was my favourite and I used to have 3 games a day (morning, lunch and after school). I was a good defender but I could not make the team! At that time, I still did not felt my weight was a problem (I got a sweet girlfriend, friends to chill with and sports... what more can I ask for in High School). At University, I was addicted to online gaming "Dark Age of Camelot" so I sat all day in front of the computer and my weight start to rise! When I hit the 200 mark, I know it became a problem but I was too lazy to do anything about it. When I hit the 250 marks, I could no longer play soccer. I was out of breath within the first 10 min of the game and had to rest every 15. That's when I decided for the first time in my life that I have to tackle my weight problem. I had great success, dropping down at least 25 pounds but somehow I stopped and back to my normal routine. After University, I started working at the Bank, again, sat all day in front of the computer and the different was I start snacking!! Everyday after work, I will have 2 cheeseburger or a MD combo and my lunch can feed a family for a whole day! My co-worker was shocked at how much I comsume during a day. My weight SKYROCKET to close to 300 pounds. I started working out again, most on cardio and dropped down to 265 and that's when I first saw the P90X commerical. After a few months, I ordered P90 and my goal is P90 -> PHH -> P90MS -> Extreme -> P90X -> Insanity -> P90X+ -> Revabs! This time, I will commit 200%! I promise myself to get in sharp within a year, and will never be overweight again.
