Two years ago I lost 25 lbs (size 12/14 to size 6/8) in 2 months on Turbo Jam. I worked out 6 days a week and added some walking a few times a week along with the Turbo Jam. I cut back on what I was More ...
Two years ago I lost 25 lbs (size 12/14 to size 6/8) in 2 months on Turbo Jam. I worked out 6 days a week and added some walking a few times a week along with the Turbo Jam. I cut back on what I was eating and started to eat clean with one cheat day a week. I was unemployed at the time and found it easier to put more effort into it.

I am now back to work and stopped working out for a year and gained 5-8 lbs back. My eating slipped a bit too.

Jan 3/09 I started back on Turbo Jam and as of Feb 3/09 i've been doing Chalean Extreme. I didn't lose anything in the month of February and decided to do some Turbo Jam or treadmill a few times a week with Chalean Extreme. My eating still isn't what it was when I first started 2 years ago, but for now I am taking baby steps. After all I'm not as big as I was. The main thing is I feel better just from working out.
