I am the married mother of three children, ages 5, 2 & 1. I've always loved to workout and be physically active but after getting pregnant twice in two years then breaking both my ankles 6 weeks after having my third child, I gained 60lbs. I've been mobile now for 8 mos. but have just in the last 4 been able to step up my physical activity to almost the level before having kids. I found TurboJam

Well, I'm only two weeks into it but I feel stronger and lighter already. I found my abs (YEA!) finally after over 2 yrs of not knowing where they were. I've just been working out 4-5 days a week, The Cardio Party with either the Lower Body Jam, Ab Jam or Turbosculpt alternated. My goal is to not just lose the weight (60lbs) but to get back the mobility & balance in my ankles & legs, strengthen my body back to pre-pregnancy(ies) condition and just have the energy level I used to have.
