Pretty much always been an armchair sportsfan, although did participate in football (Aussie Rules), cricket, baseball, tennis, squash as a youngster. Pretty much always been an armchair sportsfan, although did participate in football (Aussie Rules), cricket, baseball, tennis, squash as a youngster. Not being sports co-ordinated, I never continued with regular exercise until 21 when I joined a gymnasium.
Found my self "plateauing" early and with that comes the ageless "quitting". I did manage to shed some pounds and build some muscle, but as I failed to continue with any program, all previous gains turned into unavoidable fat.
My diet as a young'un was excellent until I moved away from the nest. Since, it has been whatever, whenever until I got married 8 years ago. Largely the diet has improved over the recent years but regular exercise has been intermittent, consequently turning my intakes into fat and ugliness.
I work full time in my own business and recognize the need for discipline (something that I lack) but am confident that this program will "bring it on".

Never being really continually motivated to maintain a regular fitness and maintenance program, drinking alcohol, eating fatty foods, smoking many things, leading a pleasuresome life has taken it's toll on my health and appearance. I am getting old and fat and sedentiary and starting to develop age related illnesses.
My dad is 70 and superman in the fitness department yet he is still fallable, with a very recent health issue, that proves no one is immune, but regular exercise and diet can mitigate and minimize the potential threats.
Recently I am noticing fundamental changes in my own ability to eat certain food I like and for other physical ailments like tendonitis and muscle strains, twists etc, seem to be happening more frequently.
My goal is to minimize my ailments, improve my diet and tone and build my body to a sustainable level.
