I have tried different diets and exercise programs in the past, some of which have worked for a while, but I tend to get bored or aggrevated with it and eventually give up, gaining all the weight back and

On July 14th, I started the P90X exercise program along with a low fat diet, consisting mainly of fruit, granola bars, and lean cuisine type meals. I started at 218 pounds, close to the highest weight I've ever been. My ultimate goal is to reach 145-150 and then re-evaluate from there. As of today, August 11, and having just completed phase one of P90X. I am down 10 pounds to 208. I know it would have been much more but I cheated on the diet about once a week. My goal for phase two is to stick to the diet 100%... Here goes nothing!
