At 53 I am realizing just how short life is and just how much there is to accomplish in a day. Enjoying life, spending time with friends and family is my greatest pleasure. As the years go by I find myself less active. I spend more time watching and less time doing. I have always battled that extra 30 pounds and it seems like after a back surgery in November 2007, I became even less active. I know that I need a mentor and accountability to succeed. BEACHBODY will provide those things.
2008 was the first summer I had not been on a ski in close to 30 years. I plan on water skiing more this summer.
