I'm an active, outdoors-oriented, 38-year-old divorced father of three kids living in Utah. By day, I'm a corporate sales trainer for a dental manufacturing company. Although I hike, camp, and swim, I've always avoided the gym... Age is catching up with me, though, and I've had friends who had great success with P90X, so I'm giving it a try (starting January 21, 2011).
