I'm 21 years old, 5'2", female, and I weigh 125 lbs. My goal is to get down to 110 lbs (again!), and stay there. My goal measurements are 34-24-34. Current measurements are 37-28-38.

Based on previous weight loss, this goal should be met within 2-3 months, as long as I stick to my diet and workout (INSANITY! WOOHOO!).

I've lost 40 lbs since high school (using Turbo Jam, my first Beachbody system) where I was the "fat kid," at 150 lbs and 5'2". I fell off the wagon 1.5 years ago and have gained back 15lbs. I intend to lose those 15 lbs again, and maintain it this time. I am using Insanity and eating healthy 6 days a week (with one "cheat day" to keep my metabolism high and to maintain my sanity).
After Insanity I will use Brazil Butt Lift with Insanity instead of the cardio, and may supplement this with some P90x if necessary to build more muscle.
