I took a weightlifting class in college years ago and loved it! I've been working out consistently ever since. As the years have gone by I've gained some weight and have had a hard time losing it. I spent some money (a lot of money) hiring a personal trainer last year and lost 13 pounds. I still have weight to lose as I would like to see: defined arms, legs, booty, and abs.
