I entered the health and fitness industry over 15 years ago with very little knowledge about nutrition and exercise. I started working out in my garage with a Weider sears bench that looked like it was used in the first Rocky movie! Wanting to learn more about health and fitness, I managed a large nutrition retail store from 1994 until 2001 while working out a local gym. I spent 2 hours a day, 6 to 7 days a week in the gym working myself to death trying to better my health and physique. Through health and fitness classes, courses and seminars, I learned the proper technique in which to exercise and the proper supplements needed to fuel my body.

After getting in the best shape of my life, I left my management job and opened my own nutrition store. My company’s mission was to educate my customers about nutrition and exercise to assist them in reaching their goal.

My next mission was to open a personal training facility to teach my clients how to exercise efficiently. My clients range in age fro 8 to 80, from health risk to sport athletes. As my schedule became full, I ran into one problem...there is only one of me and millions of others that I wanted to help. A customer of mine, Mark Briggs told me about Beachbody! It was the perfect program to teach proper nutrition and eating habits while showing the proper exercises needed to get the body you dream of!
With the Beachbody system, I can use this completely detailed program to virtually train my clients. Now I can spend less time creating routines and nutritional eating plans for my clients and focus on assisting them with the support and motivation needed to keep on track.
