I'm 28 years old. I'm a graphic designer by day and a stand up comedian by night. So basically, I have two jobs that allow me to gain weight. Being in show business, time is not always accessible due to being out and about performing at different venues in different cities. So I needed a regular workout regimen, just not one that would get boring.

So I needed a regular workout regimen, just not one that would get boring.

I'm also a father, so staying healthy is an important factor because I would like to be around for my daughter as much as possible. With Team Beachbody, I hope and pray that you will see the benefits of it as I do.
