The very first day of changing my diet I noticed that I had substantially more energy. There was no 3 o'clock crash, and no falling asleep driving home from work (bad I know). Through the first training block I was thrilled with the results. It's amazing to see where 14 lbs. can hide. Although it was not my main goal to lose weight I started to look much leaner and tone and could see definition of muscles I never knew were there. My resting heart rate dropped significantly. I have loads of energy, and feel much more explosive when playing various sports. For any doubters this program is for real!!! I am a 3 time grad of p90x and have seen radical change. The numbers to me (quite amazing) are a by product of pushing play and working hard. To date I have lost 23 lbs., 3 inches off my waist and more importantly my resting heart rate is 41 bpm. I am a lean, mean wrecking machine thanks to beachbody!!!
