Olive Branch, MS Husband and father, who has been trying to get in shape, for what seems like always. I am always thinking about what I am eating and always trying to think about eating right every new year. Unfortunately, thinking about it and doing it are two totally different things, not to mention, committment to doing it! Last year, I was able to go from 232 to 192 in just a few months. I am always thinking about what I am eating and always trying to think about eating right every new year. Unfortunately, thinking about it and doing it are two totally different things, not to mention, committment to doing it! Last year, I was able to go from 232 to 192 in just a few months. I would cardio most every day running 3-4 miles or ride my bicycle and just ate right using the 5 to 6 times a day method. However, I allowed myself to fail and find myself back at the 232 lbs again, but not at my all time heaviest of 262 lbs. WOW! I see pictures of myself now and think I look bad, but when I see pictures of myself then, I cannot believe it!
Today, I hope to get in the best shape ever and be the person that I want to be. I am hoping that P90X will allow me to become that person, even though, I am not the video or routine EXERCISE type person. I will have to say that I type this after 1 week on the program. I am still now 100% sure I can do this, as I always allow my train or wagon to de-rail. I hope this time will be different.
