More statistics| DCBucki Alexandria, VA Hi, my name is Shawn. I'm almost 29 and trying to get back into shape like I was in the Marine Corps. I've slowly let my body slip, according to my standards. I'm very active and play a lot of sports but I rarely work out. Trying to chang that now. My Progress My fitness goal: Build Muscle Transformation story
I used to be pretty fit, but as I approach 30 I want to get back to my younger, more fit days. I ran the Marine Corps Marathon back in 2005, and plan to run it again in 2011.
