I am now 40 years old born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago. Ive been a gym rat since undergrad (going on almost 20 years)...unfortunately not always as dedicated as I would like to have been. For the last 8 years I have been working in Information Technology and I really enjoy it!!

Since early 2008 I have been doing the various routines from Beachbody and cant get enough!! Ive done

Since early 2008 I have been doing the various routines from Beachbody and cant get enough!! Ive done a few round of P90X as well as a couple rounds of P90X+!! My schedule hasnt allowed me to work out 6 days a week but I have seen all-around improvements thanks to Beachbody!!
