More statistics| dcozad999 I'm 31 years-old and kept in pretty good shape up until I stopped working out about 2-3 years ago. Finally around my birthday in January of this year (2007), I weighed myself and noticed I had somehow put on 20 lbs in the last year and ballooned up to 225. I rejoined the gym in January and lost 20 lbs within the first 3 months lifting weights and doing cardio a couple times a week. Around June | ?
