Being a full time mother of three is a busy and stressful job, as rewarding as it may be. Finding the time to take care of myself is a key for stress relief and to be everything that I can be. I started working out 4-5 days per week after having my 2nd child, and saw such a difference in my life! I now weigh and have stayed at 125 lbs, my prepregnancy weight from my first child through three kiddos, all through exercise. Even though I'm happy with this, I'm still a work in progress and am adding the health elements that I need to take that health and fitness to the next level!
