I have Pre Diabetes an heart problems. I want to get rid of the diabetes before it is too late. I keep trying to remember a saying for the singer from Aerosmith, "Nothing taste as good as skinny feels!"
My original goal was to loose the 60 lbs. by this summer which is almost over. I have lost 10 lbs - still would like to loose another 50 to 60 more! I am an active person so it is really hard for me to loose weight. With my age, things keep slowing down way too fast. It is going to be a challenge but I am up for it! I am so so so sick of being FAT!!! I am sick of wearing big t-shirts!! I would like to dress nicely without fat bulges sticking out all over the place.
I am going to do it this time!! I really do care about myself and I want to be the best that I can be!
