More statistics| defuser Glenwood, IA Since getting out of the Air Force, I have slowly been putting on the pounds and have a hard time staying with an exercise program. I have had the ACL surgery on both of my knees and about half the cartlige removed so I can't run. I do use an eliptical and have a cross bow weight machine. I would like to get back down to weight I was when I left the military and maybe less (170). I currently | ?
