Now let’s get your workouts started right! These programs are incredible! There is so much variety ~ something for everybody! Just push play and you’re on your way to a leaner, stronger, happier you.
So where do you start?
1) Choose a program that fits your personality and fitness goals. Click on the green “Shop Products” button, then click on “Fitness Videos”, and then click the button to compare programs.

2) Decide WHEN you’re going to do your workouts. Don’t just “hope” you’ll fit it in… SCHEDULE it into your day. Then just push play each day and watch your body AND your life transform! You will feel so good about yourself!
3) Take your “Before” photo ASAP. You can win up to $250,000 by submitting your transformation story if you’re a Club member. Now there’s some motivation for ya!
4) Log in each day and use the WOWY online gym, and you could win up to $1000 a day just for working out! ...REALLY! My Coach, fitmom4ever won $1000.00 and the next day she won a Digital Camera. The Infomercials are great, aren't they? My boss was looking for change in his workout routine a couple of years ago because the amount of time it took to go mountain biking would eat up our days in the office. Along with that riding the same old trails he has been riding for the last 15 years was not giving him the results he was looking for. So at 55, he bought P90X. To be honest, I thought that was a little aggressive, but he has been able to kick my butt on every trail I’ve ever ridden with him on, so I encouraged him to GO for it! And he did. Over the last 2 years has transformed his body. He doesn’t look like a typical 57 year old now. He’s got guns, broad shoulders and pecks he never thought he’d have. He can log 325 real pushups during the Chest & Back routine #1. The guy is an inspiration. You should see his fiancé. She has changed from what she calls a pear shape to a beautiful hour glass and is excited about her beach body too!
So when he started P90X, I did it sparingly and decided to start running ½ marathons, continue weight training and mountain biking. But I too have not gotten the types of results that I want. So when I found out some new friends of mine were Beach Body Coaches and starting P90X at the beginning of Sept 08, I jumped on board. Since then, my sister has jumped on board and has started P90X to get into shape before her husband comes home from Iraq.
