I am a 40-year old wife and mother of three: Drake is 13 years old, Garrett is 11 1/2 and Paris is 8 1/2. I live an extremely busy and hectic life. My husband is a sports radio and television personality and works 7 days a week, leaving me with all of the responsibilities for our family. I find that BeachBody fits into my life perfectly. After dropping the kids off at school I can come home and do a DVD, shower and then run my errands. I have always been an athletic person, but after having three kids and the busy schedule our family maintains, it is hard to find the time. It is also hard to eat right. BeachBody helps with that as well! You just can't beat those shopping lists! On top of my family's busy schedule I am involved in charities, I work at my kids' school and I try to squeeze in a little personal time every now and then. With all this I desperately needed something to keep me grounded and focused. This is where the motivation of BeachBody comes in! I can help you achieve your goals as well! Transformation story

My transformation story has TWO parts. I started losing weight about two years ago but it was slow going and I was making very little progress. I had no plan and no direction. One day I looked into a mirror and said to myself that "enough is enough". So I started going to a gym and tried to eat less. The weight started coming off, but it was hard and slow. It did not take long for me to get bored with the gym and I started to make excuses not to go. Then my girlfriends, Kim and Corrine, introduced me to BeachBody and the rest is history. When I started I was 5'6" and a size 18. Now I am a size 4 and I feel great! For the first time in years I have a terrific, stylish wardrobe full of clothes that fit! I love the variation of DVDs, the meal replacements, the supplements, the balance ball....all of it! I am hooked! BeachBody fits my life and I am truly happy. Whenever I look into the mirror the first thing I notice is my big smile!
