Hello, my name is Denise and I have decided to make a healthy and smart change to my life. I am a mom of 3 wonderful children, my youngest being 10 years old. I have found that as I have gotten older, it has become increasingly hard for me to loose weight and to get my "before pregnancy" body back. Yes I did say my youngest is now 10 years old so you can see that it has also become easier for me to made excuses as to not loose the weight that I need to.

One year ago I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and it has really changed my life. I am only 45 years old and by working in the medical field I have seen many cases of this debilitating disease. I want to take my life back and I have decided to fight for myself this time. I feel that I have always put others first and this time I need to put myself first.

I began working out at my local fitness center and I met a very supportive and enthusiastic fitness trainer who has motivated me more than I have been motivated in years. This trainer also happened to be a coach for Beachbody and gave me information about the program. This trainer is named Neil and he is now my coach on Beachbody and I am so excited about the positive results that I have already achieved that I look forward to each and every day just to see my body & mind change for the better.
