I am a wife and mother of two young children, 10 and 7 years of age. I am also a Dentist practicing 3-4 days a week. I have been an exercise enthusiast for years but fell off the fit wagon after my second child and while I was going to Dental School... Yes my second career, the first was as a Dental Hygienist for 9 years. I finally got sick of being fat and looking for easy ways to take care of the excess fat i.e. Liposuction at one point!! It did not work for me only redistributes the fat elsewhere. I had to come to the realization that my body and metabolism was changing and I could not eat the same way as when I was in my twenties and thirties and be able to work it off as fast as I once could... This is where Beach body came in... My First introduction was to Tony Horton (P90), from a friend who looked amazing after struggling for years to lose the post baby fat. This is where my journey began and still loving every minute of it!! I am committed to excellence in health and fitness and this is truly the answer!! Look no further!! I haven't, and believe me I think I have tried everything from supplements to DVD'S ... Just ask my HUSBAND!!LOL
