Hey guys My name is Derek and just about 2 years ago i really started getting serious in my training and in my diet, Prior to that i was ur typical 17year old drinking eating whatever i saw and not knowing what i was putting into my body , i was always a little shy about my weight and one day i said enough is enough i want to be fit . My first real trainnig regimen was 3days of weight training
