Work hard, play hard mentality. Try to do my best at everything I take on.
Have been lifting weights for a few years and feel like I've hit a plateau.
Trying P90X to shock my muscles into renewed growth, and also to get my
abs in better shape.

After my first 3 months, I'm a P90X believer! I lost over 25 pounds and 10% body fat while completing P90X, have dropped from a 34 to a 31 waist, and am in the best shape I've been in since college!  More ...
After my first 3 months, I'm a P90X believer! I lost over 25 pounds and 10% body fat while completing P90X, have dropped from a 34 to a 31 waist, and am in the best shape I've been in since college! I started P90X after growing tired of the same old weight lifting routines that weren't delivering results anymore. P90X has made me lean and strong, and I'm sporting a 4-pack of abs -- still 2 more to go!

Beyond the increase in muscularity and loss in body fat, I started P90X to increase my cardiovascular endurance with the hopes of seeing that transfer into better cycling performance. Well, this spring I've been riding between 2-2.5 mph faster than last year, and have moved up from a B class rider to an A- rider. I've even registered with USA Cycling and have completed my first Category 5 (Novice) race this year. I maintained a top 10 position out of 40+ riders during this first race, and am ready to try to gain a top 3 finish before the end of the season.

Overall, I've been amazed at the results I've seen from just one 90-day program. Both my cardiovascular and strength fitness have improved tremendously and I feel 100% better about myself and my performance.

Now, it's time to start building the program for the next 90-days!
