It's a great story....I started on Feb. 10, 2009 and have never looked back. Well I have looked back to see where I was and where I am going!

It's a great story....I started on Feb. 10, 2009 and have never looked back. Well I have looked back to see where I was and where I am going!

Today it is July 20, 2009 and I have lost 27 lbs and I am still counting!

Lost almost 3 inches in the chest and 5 inches in the waist!

I followed to the best of my ability the portion control plan and have made leaps and bounds in my health plan also.

Blood pressure is way under control and my cholesterol was cut in half!

Still have about 10 lbs of fat to go I would guess then it time to really start working on building the muscles!
